We’ve learned that the best support services, the ones that capitalize on the right opportunities, make the right moves, and continually grow in the right direction, all have one thing in common: they utilize the right people.
Seeing the difference the right people can make in an organization inspired us to do what we knew was right – create a new consulting firm that always put people first. In fact, our name is derived from the first two letters of our first employees and principals: Keller, Stookey and Goettl.
Since the first day we opened our doors, we learned quickly on that our People-First approach wasn’t just the right thing to do for the support service industry. It was the right thing to do, period.
